I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue about 2 yrs ago I havetrouble falling asleep and then walk around for the day like a zombie- when Im tired I get nauseated and walking around usually has me limping within as little as 10 minutes. I have a 3 year old daughter who goes to daycare as I just dont have the energy to look after her 24/7 just the weekends have me tired out - I go to the gym when I can sometimes I can do a decent workout other times Im puffed out at just a quarter of the workout and then can barely move because of stiffness by the time I get home - how do you cope with work, children and life in general? Im lucky as we have our own business and if Im dead tired and feeling sick I can go into the back office and sleep when I need to as Im the boss (along with my husband) I seem to have a few good months and then a few bad months-I take endep 75mg to help me with depression & anxiety but they also help me sleep and I sometimes have to take sleeping tablets

Does anyone have any tips, ideas or treatments that have produced results. I have had this since about 2001or 2002. I have not met any other person that has this aside from online.(small town) I did a focus group for pain and it was suggested by another person that has it that I should try Malic Acid. I have been taking it for about a month. The pain that I have all the time is in my back (upper), my neck & shoulders. I occasionally get other pain in my pinpoints but that isn't everyday like my back. I take pain medication, I use Bio Freeze, I get manipulation, I take muscle relaxers and I use a heat sock. Plus we are getting ready to move into a place that has a hot tub. I am getting very frustrated with the pain. So I am asking for any suggestions from anyone else that has found relief. Please I will take any ideas that anyone else has tried. I have an appointment to discuss acupuncture but that isn't for months. Medical or non medical advice or tips. Thanks.

I know that sounds weird. It's not from being overweight. I have very labored breathing going up the stairs also. What do you think this could be?

So I have been with my partner and only him for a good 5 months. We recently started without a condom, and within the past 3 months I have had two yeast infections. Well one, but I feel another one coming on. I dont understand how, and im going to make an appointment today but has anyone been through this? I've never gone to get checked for a yeast infection i sorta assumed the first one was and it went away when i used the monistat, but I havent done anything different. I thought i got the first one from a bubble bath. I dont understand. Im old enough to go to the DR. on my own i just can't tell my mom cause she has mental problems and she acts crazy whenever something is wrong with me.

I trusted my doctors, so I took diovan 160mg and hydrochlorothiazide 25mg; eight years for high blood pressure. These drugs have harmed my kidneys. I've lost 20% function, stopped the drugs, found a natural product (Hyperexol) that has normalized my high blood pressure.

I'm told kidneys cannot be repaired. I don't believe it! I'm thinking fasting, faith, and prayer, is a good place to start. I remember when doctors said liver and hearts couldn't be repaired; they have been proven wrong.

I am otherwise healthy. I eat organic and take liquid vitamins and liquid minerals each day, plus Hyperexol, and I walk and excercise daily.

my boyfriend thinks he might have crohn's disease. His father has it and is basically dying at age 44. my boyfriend is 21, and has all the symptoms of it. The thing is he doesn't have insurance right now. (he's out of work from a broken collar bone...just keeps getting worse.) We like in Kansas City...is there anyone that can help or anything we can do for it that won't cost a fortune? Please let me know...before it gets worse.

My babies father was found, in the bathroom, stiff, with black vomit on his lips and hair, and the impression of a toilet seat on his chest. Also his pants were down. He was hospitalized over night on Thurs. because he stopped breathing from methadone, released and found dead 4 days later.

All the opium based ones do cause depression, but what can my doc give me that won't make me worse? Ihave tried all over the counter ones and they don't work. I have recurring pain from multiple sclerosis, and don't know what to do at times. Please don't say "smoke pot", I have grandkids that are often in the house.

I have a 13 year old daughter who has an odor control problem.
I have taught her the correct way to bathe her body and she bathes twice a day. She uses a strong deoderant which does not help at all. The odor is there within 15 to 20 minutes after she showers. This issue is so bad she can't really go out in public places anymore. She is now home schooled because she was being made fun of at school. She is totally humiliated! My other 3 children do not suffer from this....what could be wrong? Is there any medical condition that might cause this? Medications to help?
Please serious answers please. I don't like to see any child suffer especially like this.
