my father has been an alcoholic for 14 years drinking whiskey every day. he now has yellow skin and eyes (jaundice) and complains about stomach pains through the night. The doctor has been treating him for alcoholism for a long time but he won't let anyone go with him so I don't know if he has been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis yet. Any doctors or nurses out there, what is the average time someone has left when they get like this (bearing in mind that he will not give up the drink. He is determined to drink till he dies)

I was recently dignosed with this does anyone have any information about it? I have tried searching the net but not very helpfull. Does anyone here have it?
Should I be worried about the pain between my eyes and my nose bleeds? and are those related?

I have had Kidney stones twice and both times they were so large I had to have surgery to get rid of them now I am getting pain again and am afraid that I may be getting or have another one does anyone know what I can do to prevent getting them in the future please help!!!

on monday i was driving when all of a sudden i felt tingling in my body after a while my whole body locked and i could not talk my heart was beating very fast i was shaking when it was finally slowing down i could feel the tingling in my body going a way my speech had gotten better but the shaking lasted for about an hour and ahalf. my husband took me to the hospital and they said it was a panic attack . all i remember was i kept telling my husband that i was dying what do u think it was i have read alot about panic attacks some of the sym. r the same but some r not since monday i have had 8

Do you think the government should compensate living donors for their time off work and the expenses they incur donating a kidney? The way it is now the donor is not reimbursed for their wages or traveling to donate unless the recipients family can afford to pay. My daughter is waiting to get a deceased or living kidney. the swellings appear almost in an instant and take between 6-8 hours to disappear again, my hands also get really hot and itchy when they swell, ive considered that it might be an allergic reaction which would be the obvious answer but i haven't changed anything in my diet or washing powder or anything like that....... genuine answers only please

Ok wut would you say if a friend a guy friend came up to you and say he was pregant like i said in the other posts he is bi poualr and has tourette syndrome... HE says he has both parts of a man and women,.....
