I heard that if you microwave medicine it will lessen the effectivness and not do the job for which it is intended. Is that true?

I never said in the question that I wanted to microwave anything, All that I am asking is if someone were to microwave medication if it would weaken the effectiveness of that drug. If you dont know the answer to this question, then dont respond and if you dont understand the question then dont respond.

why the heck would you think about microwaving it in the first place? that is the weirdest questiong i have ever heard and i am a nurse and i hear some pretty strange things. i don't know about lessening the effectiveness but if that is what you want then just dont take the medication although i would not advise that.
