Unprotected (i.e. condomless) oral sex is EXTREMELY risky, as the HIV virus is passed primarily through the exchange of internal bodily fluids, including semen and blood. Both of these can be passed through the mouth during oral sex.

You will be at high risk if you have bruises or exposed woundes that is possible in contact with the HIV carrier body fluid.
