Unprotected (i.e. condomless) oral sex is EXTREMELY risky, as the HIV virus is passed primarily through the exchange of internal bodily fluids, including semen and blood. Both of these can be passed through the mouth during oral sex.

Oral sex as a means of stimulation can provide a strong orgasmic release - but all necessary precautions must be observed. I hope this will help you make the right decisions.

It is a risky thing to do. Please be sure to use a condom - if you dislike latex taste, buy a flavored brand. Please check this site for detailed explanation of risk and scenarios. http://www.thebody.com/oralsex.html
