Sweaty Palms, known medically as Palmer Hyperhidrosis, or excessive hand sweating, is the most common presentation of hyperhidrosis. The term "hypersympathetic activity" is more accurate terminology because excessive sweating is caused by heightened activity in the sympathetic chain. The sympathetic chain, part of the Autonomic Nervous System, is located within the chest cavity and has nothing to do with motoric or sensory functions.

It is very natural in your case. Sweat glands are most numerous in the skin of the forehead, plams, and the soles. Their density can be as ghigh as 450/cm2 (3000/inch2). The reason for sweating is to regulate your body temperature through evporation. This has been a very hot summer (unless you are from Australia or that side of the globe). Your body is doing a great job to cool you off by sweat evaporation. So it is nothing unusual.
