I have been have blood in my feces when i go to the bathroom for the last few days. I been feeling sick like everyday around the sametime as well and then the pain goes away. Im only a teenager but i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what it could be? Thank You

About 2 months ago, we found out that my son who is 14 months old has a cataract on his right eye. We saw a pediatric opthamologist whom decided surgery would not be the best option at this point. He gave my baby a pair of glasses to wear with a very powerful lense over the eye with the cataract and a plain lense over his good eye. My question is how can glasses help my son see through a cataract. I am thinking that the best thing to do would be to remove the cataract then give him glasses if his vision needs to be corrected. If anyone knows anything about this please help me ease my mind. I am worried if he wears the glasses and they are too strong if will ruin what eyesite he does have in that eye...?????

my ggt (I think that's the right abreviation) and ast? liver enzymes are in the 200's. I've had evlevated enzymes for a while. Dr. doesn't want to do biopsy yet until other things are tried. Any one else with chronicly elevated enzymes? long term effects of them?

I had my left kidney removed due to RCC, now I may be overreacting but since then Ive developed Labyrinthitis (viral infection of the labyrinth in the ear) in my left ear which really sucked and caused me to stumble around to one side like I was drunk. That cleared up with meds. Now, about a week after having gotten over that, I woke up with my right eye swollen and its barely open at all due to the severe swelling, probably conjunctivitus. I havent had EITHER of these problems BEFORE the nephrectomy, and I realize theyre rather common viri to obtain, but Ive never gotten them before. Could there be a relation somehow to the surgery?

I went to the doc Monday at 2 PM and they concluded I have the flu. I didnt think I had the flu so last night I went to the ER and they checked my blood, urine, and ran a CT scan of my head.They also did a flu swab in my nose which came back negative, but they said that it only tests for the 2 main kinds of flu..so it is still possible to have the it. I have been sore on the back of my head and the first inch or so on my neck and kinda like behind my ears. I have had diarrhea since Thursday night and it has not improved too much. I also have cold sweats. I do not have a fever today but I did have one from Saturday until this morning. The highest it got was like 101.4 . I am on Tamiflu and Darvistat(bad spelling..its for pain), but i do not feel better AT ALL! I just worry they have overlooked my symptoms and that I have a form of meningitis. Does anyone know much about this? Have you ever had it and if so what were your symptoms? I appreciate your help

my head gets hot alot and my cheeks flushed but nothing becomes of it happening 3 times this month. should i be worried? the fever isnt high just enough for me to notice but i did not measure it did not have tools too. should i be ok?

We share alot of stuff, like drinking glasses and bottles of Snapple. How long has she been contagious? I stopped using the same stuff as her, but she was getting sick a day or two before she went to the doctor. I know its possible that I got it as a little kid and didn't show any symptoms, but what are the chances, do you think, that I'll be coming down with it?

I've been sick for the last two days, with a fever of 102, dizziness, muscle weakness, muscle pain, and i haven't eaten. I've been drinking water, and then Sierra Mist, and I tried some chicken broth; all of it tastes like metal. I threw up the Sierra Mist and broth, so I'm back to just water.
