I just want to clear this up for the majority of the population who reads this, YOU CANNOT GET A COLD OR THE FLU FROM GOING OUTSIDE. The common cold and influenza are viruses and is only caused by being in contact with the germ. pnuemonia is a different story.

Sometimes when I go out in the cold I have this real uncomfortable feeling. Its like I feel real bad. I start trembling some and shake. Its hard to explain. I feel really like putting something around my body, or going inside, or wearing socks that have just gotten out of the drier.

If you were in the cold breathing the cold air then you might have gotten pneumonia. It is really common when you breath in cold air.

Maybe pneumonia. I got that when I went skiing in Canada, but it wasn't exceptionally cold.
