I need expert opinion from epidemiologist or occupational health expert who has expertise in evaluating scientists' reports/opinion. In my place nearly 1000 people were affected by mercury vapour and doctors who examined them confirmed there is mercury effect. The factory doctors took workers' past health records (these records are stupid) to medical researchers. They opined that there cannot be mercury health effect or there cannot be delayed mercury health problem or birth defects for children of mercury exposed women. I have these reports. I need help from various experts who can evaluate these reports and comment on this. thanks.

I had been scratched by my dog,the dog is always vaccined when it shoudl be,and since I was scratched,it has been 2 months(it's a long time far more than 10 days),my dog still healthy and nothing abnormal.I haven't take any vaccine shot,I wonder if I was in danger.I don't think it is the situation that I should take vaccine, but someone told me I should no matter how the dog appeal. But according to CDC's statement:"if the dog can be confined for 10 days and healthy during this time, people should not take vaccine shot."I'm really confused . I hope there is nothing run with me.

I noticed I have some white spots in the back of my throat. I don't know if it's associated with having oral sex with my husband. We seperated for a short time then I let him back home. My other symptoms are fever, chills, body aches, ha (headaches), swollen glands and pain in my neck, and sore throat, at night it hurts the most like when I talk and stuff and a slight loss of appetite, although I never really ate anyways. Does anyone know what this could be? Is it strep or a std??

I understand that a virus never leaves the body. Are there any that have been cured/removed? Vaccines prevent infection... but don't remove it. I'm curious if there are any virus' which have been cured/removed.
