We share alot of stuff, like drinking glasses and bottles of Snapple. How long has she been contagious? I stopped using the same stuff as her, but she was getting sick a day or two before she went to the doctor. I know its possible that I got it as a little kid and didn't show any symptoms, but what are the chances, do you think, that I'll be coming down with it?

It Would Depend, In Large Part, On Whether you had Mono (a Herpesvirus, EBV) Before (and May Have Seen it as Something Else or Never Realized you Were Sick). I Think she was Contagious Well Before she had Signs, and Not Terribly Long After she had Signs.

Drinking after people is how a lot of people get mono. I know, it is how I got it a few years back, just watch out for the symptoms and try to get plenty of rest to let your body fight it if it has got it.

Mono-nucleolus can re-occur. And, yes, it's possible to contract it from your little sister if you shared drinking glasses while she was contagious. Drink plenty of fluids and don't wig out. It could be worse...

Its possible you could be as you shared the same glasses and drinks, if you guys exchange salivia like that there is a possibiltiy you could get sick too. Just be on your lookout for any symptoms and dont exchange drinks or anything that has salivia on it with anyone.

She could be very ill. Her physique is scuffling with an infection, verify her lymph nodes in her throat. in the event that they are swollen, she has something. If she does, take her to the ER now and tell them she's very sick! A 104 fever is amazingly risky. i desire she feels extra effective

I wouldn't share things with her that she drinks out of. You could come down with it if she had it before you found out.

Hope your sister feels better.
