I've been sick for the last two days, with a fever of 102, dizziness, muscle weakness, muscle pain, and i haven't eaten. I've been drinking water, and then Sierra Mist, and I tried some chicken broth; all of it tastes like metal. I threw up the Sierra Mist and broth, so I'm back to just water. Any ideas on whether or not this is the flu, or something else?

Could be the flu but I cant say for sure.A doctor would know whats wrong with you.I do know that with that fever and vomititing you must drink liquid and keep it down.Take the fizz out of the soda.(by shaking it alot) Perferbly ginger ale.Drink 2 ounces every 10 minute till you have drank a full 8 to 10 ounces.Wait a hour then repeat. If you do throw up that then try 1 ounce every 10 minutes.People gulp their liquid when they are sick and with a upset stomach it will just come back up.

Yes it certainly could. If you get to your doctor or urgent care today you could get tamiflu pills which will make you get over it sooner and the symptoms will be less. But if you don't get there within 72 hours it is not effective and if it is flu you may be sick like this up to 2 weeks. I hope you feel better soon but with that fever you should see if your doctor will see you.
