It takes a little getting used to at first, but it will quickly become routine for you, expecially if you go with disposable. Put them in first thing in the morning and take them out and toss them at night.

Good luck!

Practice first! Got to your local pharmacy shop and pick up a bottle of Opti-free solution. Take it home and put it in the fridge for a few hours and get it nice and cold. then place a mirror on the table in the kitchen or some where and practice putting a drop of the cold solution on your finger and touching your eye with it whie holding up your upper eyelashes and pulling on the bottom lid! this gives you the feeling kinda like what it feels like to put a contact in and also help you get over the blinking reflex that your eye naturally does when there is something going towards it! i love contacts Good Luck!

i have had contacts for the last two years. I had the same fear of taking them out and putting it on my eye. You eventually overcome it, (it depends on who you go too) but they give you a cd that shows you different ways to put in your contacts.
