I am seeing 2 differant doctors, one is my Medical Dr. who treats me for a Chronic Back Problem, and also prescribes me Xanax for an anxiety Disorder. I also see a Pscychiatrist for Bipolar Disorder and Extreme Anxiety. Today I saw my Medical Dr. regarding medication for my back, I also told him I was being treated by a Pscychiatrist. He contacted my Pscychiatrist to see what he was prescribing me, WITHOUT my consent!!! When my Medical Dr. found out I was being treated for Anxiety by my Pscychiatrist also, he refused me further treatment for my Back Pain, stateing that my Pscychiatrist should be handling ALL my medication!! I did not think one went to a Pscychiatrist for a "medical" problem!!! And I also feel my rights were violated by my 2 doctors for discussing my prescribed medications WITHOUT my consent!!! Aren't there "Doctor-Patient" Privacy laws?? I do not feel like any of my Doctor's have the right to discuss my treatments (medications) with ANYONE including another Doctor???

I've been feeling like this for many years. I had nose surgery when I was 10 to get adenoids removed & then @ 11, I had to get swollen nasal tissues removed. But I've been feeling constant mucus in my throat since I was like 7 or so. I'm 24 now. Is it normal for people to have mucus ALWAYS in their throat?

ct scan reveals kidney stones and collapsed gallbladder, i am weak, hurting under my rib and my skin is itching on my stomach. i cannot move my biles waht is going on and why would an insurance co refuse to pay for just removing the gall bladder instead of running so many tests.

every year when it gets to winter n matter how warm i wrap up if i go out in the cold for 5 mins or more the tip of my nose will become freezing and my nose starts running if if i dont have a cold is their anything i can do about this it is getting pretty anoying

i have a collapsed gallbladder and i am having a hida scan, i have had 3 ct scans which show a collapsed gallbladder . i was told that i have polyps on my gallbladder do you think that someone will soon remove this thing. i hurt lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks and my stomach itches the pain is located under my my right rib.

as seen on a ct scan why wouldn't the dr. remove it instead of just sending mefor a hida scan i am itching on my stomach and have some pain nausea and loss of appitite and exhaustion.

Yesterday I noticed a small rash on my arm by the evening it had spread over my whole body. I went to the doctor today and he did blood work and said everything was fine with that. He thinks it may be a sea food allergic reaction. He has put me on a steriod called Medrol. So far no relief has come. Anything I can do to help with the itching? Any body have similar situations?

I was diagnosed with HSV-1 like a month or so ago after I had a outbreak in the genital area, nothing major only two sores that were not even by eachother. They went away about two weeks later after been treated. I just had another one that came out two days ago, only one sore this time. This time my back I noticed is VERY tingiling, and I'm tired. Is this just a coincidece or is there something else going on?

Over the past weekend and early in the week, I suffered from food poisoning. As a result, I now have what seems to be pretty bad hemorrhoids/anal fissures. I haven't looked but it seems that the entire rim of my anus is swollen. Pain is not as much of an issue, as that I can deal with, but it is the bleeding. For the past 2-3 days, it has been bleeding consistently. Not a lot on a regular basis, just more as if it is completely raw, like a bad scrape. I've tried sitz baths, neosporin, ice packs, and resting on my stomach as treatment.

The pain has dramatically declined, so I have a feeling it is working somewhat, but the bleeding has not. I have yet to try Tucks pads as I have seen recommended, are they really the best way to help stop the bleeding and are there other home remedies to stop it?

I looked it up and began home treatments, I was sure it was tonsillitis, but the symptoms weren’t going away. So I went to the doctor who was also sure it was tonsillitis because the symptoms matched exactly and I didn’t have a fever at any time. Well I asked for a strep test anyway to rule it out and guess what?

It’s Strep. The doctor said the same thing as the website did, strep comes on with a fever and usually no cold symptoms (refer to link for my symptoms).

Why didn’t I get a fever? And why did the symptoms present themselves as tonsillitis instead of strep throat?

I have had a runny, congested nose for ages, a couple of months, i thought it was not serious but every morning now when i wake up my nose is blocked and my entire throat is dry so i have to keep a bottle of water with me.
