Winter Colds i f*cking hate them?

every year when it gets to winter n matter how warm i wrap up if i go out in the cold for 5 mins or more the tip of my nose will become freezing and my nose starts running if if i dont have a cold is their anything i can do about this it is getting pretty anoying

oh i didnt mention that my nose will stay cold for ages afterwards depending on how long i was in the cold

Cold Weather was one of the main reasons why I moved to an equatorial country. Cold - what's that? ;-)
