I've been drinking lots of water for 2 days and sleeping..and all I've been eating is soup, but it still won't go away! I have bad body aches, I'm constantly feeling tired, ear aches, congestion and a mild cough. Do you know anything that I can take or do to get rid of this in 3 days, or make it not as bad??

I've recently found out that I have a ejection systolic murmur of the heart, which radiates to the carotid. Does anyone else have this and what does it mean? What is the treatment and what are the long term effects of it if left untreated. Also if it can be heard within the neck does this mean it is more serious. I have had a echocardiogram but do not go back to the hospital until January. I would be grateful for any advice on this....
