Blood tests aren't normally done for Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. They usually if not most the time take a urine or swab sample.
Now, they do take blood to see if you were ever infected with Gonorrhea or Chlamydia - but then again, I have only heard of getting tested via urine and/or swab.

Blood tests normally test for HIV, Syphilis and Herpes (if requested) - other than that, I haven't heard of blood tests for Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. I have heard the "said" blood tests are not considered that reliable to the swab and/or urine testing.

you had the gonorrhea when you had the blood test, it just wasn't spotted, the organism count may have been too low at that time to register in the blood test. So, it is likely the last person you were with that gave it to you.

You have had it that long. I had a friend who had it for about 4 years and did not know. She has no symptoms. Be glad it is cureable with antibiotics.
