not really, most adults only experience shingles once. It is almost unheard of to have them twice.

no need to vaccine bcoz she's immuned automatically once she had the shingles.

I would ask you doctor. I have had three bouts - I have a compromised immune system due to Lupus, so it maybe different for me.
