Your local Planned Parenthood clinics are at Eastmont Mall and near Macarthur BART. Check out http://www.ppgg.org for more info on PP Golden Gate.
Otherwise, try the Alameda County or Berkeley City health departments. There is also Berkeley Free Clinic -- they do testing as well.

Planned Parenthood's usually do std testing. I am not sure if it is free. Just a thought.
