Zicam works for me every time. It stops the germs from multiplying and going into a full force cold. Use it exactly as directed, you have to use a swab about every four hours. Lots of sleep and fluids and you should be fine by Christmas.

A cold will always run its course, but you can ease the symptoms and prevent it from developing into a more potent virus by taking a good form of zinc picolate,i reccomend solgar, they are more pricy but worth it.
Also take a slow release vit c tablet, high doses are safe for short periods,i suggest 1000 mg twice a day. Finally lots of warm drinks, and echinachea,in liquid form,or in a spray, this can boost your immune system, and also the best sore throat pain releiver i have ever come across, hope you well soon!

Airborne is the name of a dietary supplement available at almost all pharmacies. It contains zinc and extra vitamin C, among other things, which are supposed to help ward off a cold or reduce the length of time you have symptoms. Cold-eeze is a similar product. Most important is to get plenty of rest and stay warm and dry.

Eat good, drink some hot tea, take a couple of aspirins and go to bed asap.
Your body will fix it if you rest.
Don't take a bunch of cold medications.

If your symptoms have started then you can't do much. Just take a medicine like dayquil or nyquil for your symptoms and get plenty of rest and fluids.
