No. The allergy is caused by the dander, or doggy dandruff, that the dog produces and sheds. Apart from building a machine that magically changes the DNA of the poor dog (and hopefully doesn't turn him into a chicken) there is nothing you can do other than keep him washed fairly regularly in a gentle doggy shampoo, and groomed.
Human beings can take antihistamines, which reduce their allergic reaction, but these can cause drowsiness. There may be more specialised medication available from a physician, but you would have to have a prescription.

However, if you give the dog a high-quality food, he might not shed so much. And make sure he is clean and well-groomed.

My Dad would wash his poodle with baby shampoo and he never bothered me at all,,,may be you can use dandruff shampoo
