I was in the pool with my little cousins and they were eating food with lemon. they had the lemon on their hands and they were grabbing my arm and holding onto my arm.. now i have half of my arm stained (burned--blisters and all) from the lemon.

is there anything i can do to help heal the scarring? and creams/meds?

thanks

I think I have one or am starting to get one, because the big toe on my right foot has started to hurt on one side of the nail, but I'm not sure.

What are some ways to prevent/treat an ingrown nail? I really can't see a doctor or something because I have no health insurance and cannot afford to pay out-of-pocket.

This has been going on for more than five years. Her feet are swollen under the skin on the bottom. They are so itchy all the time that they hurt. They are also extremely dry. She itches them so hard that they crack really deep and bleed. She has been to all kinds of specialists and tried dozens of cremes and athletes foot medicines. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Her feet are so itchy that they are painful and sometimes she cries. Please help!

A mom cat brought kittens to our porch at 14 weeks of age. They appear to be part snowshoe cats, which has been said to be a hypo-allergenic cat. My husband is allergic to cats, but we have been doing a good job cleaning the cats and the house. Our two little girls 4 and 8,who have very long hair, love to hold them. It's easy to wash up the girls before their dad gets home from work, but not so easy when we are together all day on the weekends. Sometimes when he gets close to our girls, he sneezes or gets dander or a hair in his eye and has an allergic reaction. If he gets an allergic reaction in his eye it creates a chain reaction and he gets a runny nose. And then proceeds to use his inhaler. He has asthma. Any suggestions? We are all really attached to these kittens that we want to adopt.

Two days ago some of them became swollen, itchy and painful. One on the back of my leg seems to be spreading out and is hot and inflamed. I got cortisone cream and antihistamine tablets from the pharmacist today, and am hoping that these will do the trick. Has anyone any other advice or wonder remedies....please? I'm pretty desperate.
Thanks.

I know there is something not right with me, can anyone suggest any advice before I pester my doctor? My symptoms are as follows
- bad lower back pain, left side only. comes & goes but can be so bad it hurts to walk
- frequent urination & bright yellow urine
- quite thirsty, but would not say excessive
- headache, nausea
- recurrent thrush
- lower abdominal pain, left side only (have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and this could be due to that)
- heartburn
- taste of blood in mouth but no blood
- generally tired, run down, have a bad chest and a cold.

I came off the pill at the beginning of July after being on it for 5 years to ttc. I started bleeding 4/5 days before my period was due and it only lasted 2 days (browny red in colour).

It has now been 10 days since started bleeding, took a preg test on Sat it was neg. what could this be?? someone has said it sounds like diabetes.. but could it be because I have come off the pill.... any ideas?

I have discovered a strange mark on my chest - the best way to describe it is that it looks a bit like a birth mark. It's brown, and is made up of lots of little freckly type marks. It's about 6cm in length and 4cm in height. Any ideas what this could be? Is it anything to worry about?

It is not too bad, just a little uncomfortable. It comes from having dry eye.
