I am a doctor and so far I have not come across any person male or female who has complained of not being able to perform sexually. Infact, all my patients with diabetes are sexually active. May be it is the climate and the topography which also is responsible for this.

It is best to take care of yourself as much as possible, watch what you eat, follow your doctors orders. This will buy you a few years before this happens (or it may not happen at all).
