ok well heres the deal, my blood pressure is all over the place. The doctors think I have white coat syndrome, and the problem is I cannot get over taking my blood pressure. When the doc tells me I gotta take a blood pressure test my hearts starts beating really fast and hard, sometimes I start sweating and my eyes get blood shot red plus my face gets red. The doc first told me I had high blood pressure when I was in 10th grade, my reading was like 145/85 and ever since then I have had a great fear of measuring my blood pressure. Im really confused, and no I cannot take the home test....its not the doc that scares me...its taking my blood pressure that scares me. I want it to be low so bad that I get really nervous, anyways it ranges from 120-70 to 215-110....recently it was 195/100. I get more nervous when I take my blood pressure then I do when I make a public speech. I think my real blood pressure is around 140/85 which is still high. I eat very badly, like 6 double cheeseburgers an
