I was wondering about the long term effects of the steroids? I know when Ive taken them that I recover much faster from a cold or my spring allergies.

No. This is a different kind of steroid. The term steroid refers to a chemical structure. Hydrocortisone cream is a steroid. The kind the losers take to get bigger are called anabolic steroids. I am a pharmacist.
