do more harm than good. What good is it tp be skinny
and have a damaged heart

The less weight you carry the less workload on your heart. Amongst other problems like diabetes, high blood pressure etc...

It is hard on your heart to carry extra weight also the fat surround the heart. In either case your heart has to work harder to carry the extra fat.

Fat and cholesterol constrict your veins and arteries which makes your heart have to beat harder to get the blood through. Less restriction means your heart gets to take it easy when you're not exercising.

2. fat cells could attach themselves around the heart cause your heart more strength to pump
the less you wight is the easier it is for the heart to work proper

because if you get very fat you will have a heart attack really
that one the other is that way if you like sports or moving activities then you have to lose weight

i really don't know but what i heard is that it puts a lot of stress on ur heart and u can have a heart attack.
