Probably - considering I go to SLEEP at about that time every night/morning...
ANYONE who has a long commute would have to take a bath/shower at that time in order to make it in to work on time ;);)
If it's THAT cold in your place at that hour - maybe you should turn the heat up ;););)

I don't see why not. Esp if you are someone who must shower (not bath) when you wake up before work because it helps you wake up. However, if you sneeze the entire day and feel it's too cold then, don't bathe at that time. Bathe or shower at the end of the day just before you go to bed. It will help you feel clean and comfy and you will sleep better, I would think. It works for me both ways the way I described to you. A morning shower helps me feel alert and a shower at night before bed helps me sleep well.

Yes, a hot bath will even help to warm the house a bit, although I suspect most people bathing instead of showering at 5am have been up all night and are in it for romantic reasons.

My wife & I usually bathe around 4-4:30am. Dry off afterward, put on deodorant & dry clothing. You will neither sneeze nor stink for the entire day.
