Get looked at immediately. Do not wait. It may be embarrassing, but think of how embarrassing to yourself it will be if you do wait. Many tumors and growth can cause damage to one or both testicles. It can grow, causing you to not only have to surgically remove the growth, but possibly a damaged testicle(s). If it is cancerous, I don't even want to go there. Get checked ASAP.

If you feel any lump, go to the doctor asap. If you wait until it grows, it can metastasize (send cancer cells throughout the rest of your body)

Don't wait :have it checked by your doctor and a specialist right away. Cancer can spread. Let's hope it's just an infection or some thing not serious, but don't wait.

If you're young, it's probably a blocked gland or a cyst. If it doesn't go away within two weeks of you first noticing it, though, it needs to be evaluated by a doctor.

It might, but that may be the least of your worries. If it is in fact cancerous, it may throw metastaties -- in which case you are in serious trouble.

To put it bluntly, don't f$$$@ around.
See your dr asap. It may not be cancer, but let's be sure. He's much rather tell you it's nothing to worry about than to have to tell you,. you have cancer.
