So I got the stomach flu last night: shivers, fever, weakness, and, well, you know the rest, and now i feel much better, there isnt any fever, but my body still feels a little weak though, and I've been headin to the bathroom like 5 times already.

What I want to know is should I stay at home and in bed? Because I've been invited to a formal Quinceanera (sweet 16 party, but 15), but I dont know if I can go...

I've got a mild cold that won't go away for about 4 weeks. The symptoms almost stop and than reappear. There is a cycle of sore throat, runny nose alleviating and returning. What could be the cause and how do iget rid of it? Thanks!

There's many small patches over my right arm, but there is one spot in particular that stands out. It's about maybe 1.5 or 2 inches in diameter, and almost a perfect circle. I've seen images for skin diseases that cause white patches, but none of them look quite like mine. The images show irregular patches, but this one isn't irregular. I'm starting to get another small white spot on my other arm. What is it? And above all, what can cure it? *The round white patch started to show a bit in late september, and in about january was very noticable*

Having been diagnosed with white coat syndrome, the doctor suggests a nuclear stress test. Being trapped in a doctor's office, where blood pressure readings are highest doesn't seem to be an answer to lowering blood pressure readings. Readings out of the doctor's office, including the blood bank, are in normal range. Why is a nuclear stress test indicated. An echocardiogram was done earlier upon which the cardiologist diagnosed white coat syndrome.

When there is an HPV out break can it spread on the body? How is it saposed to be cleaned down there (in and out of the shower) on male and females without spreading? Are there pill medications that can prevent an outbreak? I have 2 tiny warts down there. this is my first outbreak, and I don't want it to spread. I've only had 2 sexual partners one I was married to for 8 years. The other I was dating for 6 months. I had sex with him once, and that's when I think I got HPV about 3 years ago, so it took almost 3 years to have my first outbreak. After I had sex with him I didn't feel comfortable seeing him again. I ignored his calls, so I'm not sure if he knows he has it. Thank you for taking your time to answer this question for me.

I'm really proud that I've given 30 donations inspite if the fact I have had 3 kids (your not allowed to give while pregnant or for a year after)
I plan to keep donating until I'm too old to do so.

My son had cancer (Non Hodgkins )when he was four and required several transfusions to get him through his treatment.

I was so grateful that there was blood available for him when he needed it, and would like to thank all doners and encourage more people to do it.

Its like this, my friend is a 17 year old girl and is a heavy/chain smoker. I suggested she quit smoking (throw cigars), take nicotine gum and from there, slowly lessen the gum intake. I also told her to let us (her friends) keep her money and we'll just give it back when she's better (we are very very very trustworthy). Her parents know but she doesn't want to share it with them(i do mean it). She still wants to smoke a few sticks per day (15) but i'd rather not let her because she has little to no self control. Suggestions, anyone? Help. :(
