i mean my dad had a block in his heart???is this hereditary?

Right or left Heart or both can be congenital not hereditary. It's more Acquired in nature due to multiple factors. Stress, anxiety, and depression are main mediators to accelerate this disease.
So, please take your father to a good cardiologist+psychiatrist for a combined opinion.

Depression is usually the symptom of stress. Stress can most definitely harm the heart. Heart problems can be hereditary, but you have control over the risks associated with a bad heart - no smoking, weight control, exercising, etc.

Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..

But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

Some heart ailments are. Like high cholestoral or high blood pressure. But most heart stuff is not. As far as depression goes. I do know that depression affects muscles and the heart is a muscle. So i really don't know. I do know if you get angry alot it does damage the heart. But the depression thing I don't really know.

depression can make the heart flutter
a block in the heart is called plague,usually from not eating a proper diet=yes it can be inherited if the kids eat the same stuff as Dad

nope, the depression won't affect the heart. only will get the depression after heart attact, but it will go away after u get better. yup, i think it is.
