Yep, skin tags it is.
Very common, NOT cancerous, nothing to worry about.
TIP:
If they concern you, just have someone tie some thread real tight around the stem and in a few days it will die and fall off.
This is called "ligation" where you choke off the blood supply to the skin tag causing it to die.

If they are flesh colored then no they are called skin tags. Nothing to worry over.

there are call skin tags and happens as you get older, sooner or later but you should always check with your doctor
