it could be due to the drastic change in the weather, and perhaps her skin reacted and has a hard time adopting the weather. I guess it is some type of allergic reaction, or the result from the body trying to adjust itself. I sometimes get rashes when I travel someplace too hot or too cold from where I normally live.

that's odd. i don't know if this is any thing like it but a friend of mine's dad gets terrible migraines and has to go to the ER everytime he goes on vacation. his doctor decided it's because he's so stressed out and used to being stressed out that when he tries to relax it causes his migraine. almost as if his mind doesn't know how to react to not being stressed and having to work so it causes a physical ailment.
