ever since my mom is very much concern about the black spots in her face..how can she be free of those spots and have a clean and fair face like me..char!!hehhhee..seriously mom wants to know some effective treatment for it...also it should be less expensive..thanks !!

Have your mom get a facial, this will help with her skin care & get some advice as well.
Self treatment: a good diet (avoid anything white-sugar, flour, rice, greasy foods & fast foods), exercise & lots of water.
A good mask treatment & facial steam treatment.

What "black spots" are you referring to? Hyperpigmentation? If it is in the dermis, you won't have success in removing it. If it is in the epidermis, you will have to use medical grade products and mechanical/chemical exfoliation. Always wear sunscreen/sunblock. The sun is the #1 aging agent. "Cream?" for pimples? That is not helpful.
