I mean if all you do is sniff it is that harmful to you?

Yes, "sniffing" almost anything that produces smoke is bad for you

I don't have any problems with it, but I wouldn't inhale it up close and get the really concentrated smoke. If it's just wafting through the room I doubt there is much harm unless you are allergic to the essential oils used in it.

Yes it's bad. There are so many things in our everyday lives that are so bad for us and are toxic poisons it's crazy. For example-aerosols, air fresheners, perfume, fabric softener, bleach, ammonia, plastic, candles, fireplaces, burn piles, car exhaust, smoking - you can't get away from it, but you can avoid these things to stay healthy.

Well it smells good i agree but not all the time it can be harmful to the brain
