OMG -

Use a pure and natural face wash (ivory/dove)
and apply a warm compress to the area before doing so.
Apply a dab of peroxide and let the lesions be all day.

Repeat tonight.

Never use visine, toothpaste to treat acne.

Use acne medicine if you need it gone in a hurry make sure you apply warm compresses to the area -
and acne cream - let it form a head and hope the heat pulls the puss out.

Exfoliate twice a week
once a week a mask (yes even boys).

Peel thick skin of a raw potato and leave it on the damaged skin and even around the face where ever there are pimples etc. Wash off with cool water. You may need to do this for 2 to 3 times for 2 days.
Dab on cold milk with a cotton swab and allow it to heal on it's own. Don't touch your face or play with the skin.
Drink loads of water to help the skin wash out any other pimples before you are tempted to do any more "burning".!

Aloe Vera gel is very good for aiding the healing of burned skin. skin thrives in a moisture rich environment. I do not suggest burning as a suitable treatment for pimples. You may want to use some Vitamin E cream as well to reduce the scarring effect.

Thanks, RR
