All that was mentioned in another answer as well as a good multivitamin, omega oil (pill form or it comes in fish). A good cleanser, moisturizer & sunscreen & stay hydrated.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

After you shower use a body lotion, like Aveeno. Use AcneFree or Proactive on your face for acne. For your eyes, get lotion made just for you eyes(I think Olay makes a good one). A lot of lotions will give you a healthy glow. Use a scrub for your face in the shower(Try any that sounds good to you) a couple times a week. Exfoliate your skin in the shower(Use one of those poof things). Drink plenty of water, eat right, and get plenty of sleep. All should help.

try a detoxification treatment such as going on a fast. Or go on a vegetarian diet. also, try keeping your skin clean morning and night by cleaning it with lemon. Have a weekly facial mask of 1 eggyolk mixed with 1 teaspoon olive oil and about 2 drops of lemon, and 1/2 teaspoon honey and 1/2 teaspoon milk. combine these and let it stay on your face while you rest for 30 minutes. You can put some sliced cucumber on your eyes while you wait for the mask to dry. Cucumber will help freshen up tired eyes.
