he was born at 12 weeks early will this have anything to do with it and should i take him to the doctors he started with it at age 7 but it has got much worse over the months its like a adults body oder,we stop it by him having showers every morning and he has some roll on as well.
can anyone help ?

I am feeling weakness and slightly feverish from last 12-13 days. On consultation with the doctor, i was advised to immediately get my CBC checked. I added Thyroid profile alongwith that test also. The result was almost the same as expected Low Platelet count ( 144 out of 150 to 450 range) and TSH as ( 50.630 out of .350 to 5.5). The details of CBC are as below;

I was at the doctors yesterday and it was mentioned (b/c of my insomnia and constant elevated body temperature - not fever related), but they never thought to do a blood test. I came home and looked up the symptoms on 10 different websites, and it practicaly spells out my life health issues! How do I go about asking my doctor to do this blood test without sounding like a hyperchondriact?

Are there any common ingredients in certain perfumes/lotions/shampoos, etc that people are allergic to? I don't have any allergies that I know of, but every so often i will use a product that makes my eyes water and itch, and I'll sneeze like crazy! The ones I have identified for sure are herbal essences moisture balancing shampoos, curve for women, and cotton blossom bath and body works lotion. No common ingredients between them I've found. Any ideas? Just curious..

I have Keratosis pilaris (a form of eczema) and I've been trying to find something to treat it. I've seen a lot of sites that sell dead sea products,they say it helps by cleaning out the skin follicles. What I'm wondering is if any type of sea salt really helps or if the companies lie to sell their products like most people do? I'm sure someone here has some experience with this type of thing and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I think that I am allergic to red mean. It seems as though my body rejects it. About 20 minutes after eating any type of red meat I have a BM. Is it possible to be allergic to just red meat and not poultry as well? If so what treatments are available?

The symptoms started yesterday (10/16/06) and I was in the ER. I have a class that's only 8 weeks long and the final class is this Friday. I am severely asthmatic w/ an immune deficiency and due to recurring pneumonia, I am being sent to be tested for cystic fibrosis. I have been prednisone (steroid) dependent for years. I recently was hospitalized and given high doses IV. My pulmonolgist wants me to have the sweat test done for cystic fibrosis but is aware prednisone may effect the results. At what dose amount would it effect the results of the CF test and how long must past after taking the higher doses before the test can be done?
