take a warm shower, do not scratch it, ask somebody to rub a light lotion on it then put a baby powder. OR..... go to the drug store and buy oxy-10, equate, or anything for pimples and acne. Change your bed sheets and pillow cases, make sure to use a soft or satin beddings.

Try to take an oatmeal and baking soda bath. After that try to hydrocotison cream or calamine lotion. Sounds like chicken pox.i hope you feel better and find some comfort soon.

maybe scabies. maybe it has nothing to do with health and more to do with your surroundings. try different laundry detergent, etc.
