I was wondering if anyone had any natural allergy relief solutions.

I've been taking Claritin all summer, but I've recently developed what we believe to be an allergy to antihistamines which resulted in a few trips to the hospital.

The doctors told me not to take any antihistamines or decongestants until we figure out exactly what is wrong. When I asked them for alternative ways to relieve the sinus pressure, they told me to just deal with it.

Any suggestions?

I used to get migraines a lot. I suffer primarily from "classic" migraines.

When I get a migraine, I first go blind in one side of both eyes. I then get a circular "lightning flash" or aura that gradually moves and opens outward in my field of view. My vision would eventually recover, but when I was young, I would end up with an absolutely excruciating headache on the side of my head opposite the blindness. I would also vomit.

At one point, I was having migraines almost every day. But I eventually noticed that I had been awakening to an alarm clock that had been placed on the other side of my room. I moved the clock so that it was right over my head, and the migraines suddenly stopped. I later learned that I can produce migraines within five minutes by simply jumping up immediately after doing squats while lying. Now I understand that I can easily avoid migraines altogether by simply never jumping up suddenly from the supine position to the vertical position.

CPAP machines are used to treat Sleep Apnea. They are ugly machines, but Dressup by Brenda make them look pretty cool with many patterns to chose from. Someone could have Sleep Apnea and not know it. It should be diagnosed as it can lead to many life-threatening, long-term illnesses. This is not an advertisment, but a plea for all those who are tired all the time, fall asleep at their desk or just drag through the day and don't know why. Sleep Apnea gets worse if untreated. I started falling asleep while driving before I realized something was very wrong. Don't take chances if you think you may have Sleep Apnea. Talk to your doctor. It just could save your life.

Hi I have been wearing gold rings for years, but a few years ago I started having a problem with the ring I wear most, the wedding ring, I have to keep removing because I come out in sores underneath it.
I have had the ring made bigger, still no change,
I take the ring off to wash, as to make sure my finger, and the ring is dry before putting it back on.
Sometimes I only have it on for three or four hours, and I have to remove it, any ideas on why I am having this problem, and what I can do to stop it.
Thanks

Lets say we met and after a while we both felt like its time for something to happen between the two of us. Tell me how would you feel and what would you say if I asked you lets go to the clinic or I want you to have a check up before we go any further. ( I am not in that situation but I am just wondering)
