You can take some over the counter medication for the stuffy head and runny nose like Tylenol Cold or Sinus, drink a lot of liquids and some vitamin C (Airborne is good) and of course if you don't get better go to the Doctor.

well for the blocked nose anything with pseudoephedrine will help, its a decongestant, its in Robitussin PE. for an overall I.e. all the symptoms try something with the pseudoephedrine and dextromethorphan e.g Actifed DM complete. Note u may have to ask ur pharmacist for these. generally i use Buckleys original, it has ammonium chloride so it goes straight up to the nostrils everything clears up trust me. down side it tastes really bad. If u want u could use a vapour bath with menthol crystals.

Here's my favorite cold remedy: Go to a mexican restaurant and get chips and salsa. Then order a small margarita - not salt. The salsa will clear your nose and the margarita will either help you feel better or you won't care that you're sick anymore! =)

Try benadryl, it works for me.
