what is with all the farting questions today. Eat less beans

No cure, but if you want avoid farting for an hour or so, lke you are going to a job interview or something, -try this.
Go to a private place lie with your head and chest touching the floor and your butt raised. Try and force all the gas out of you bowel. It may take a a few minutes. You should fart fairly copiously during this time. You will generally not need to drop one for a fair while after this.

Actually it is a normal process - everyone produces about 2 liters of gas each day - and it has to come out - either by burping or farting. So - you may be able to take a simethecone preparation (tums, beano,etc) so that it reduces it some, but just know it happens to all of us.

I once heard that the Queen takes a very small amount of arsenic in her water to prevent her farting at state events. Could be a pack of lies of course!

The best thing for wind is a kite! or if that fails a high fibre diet.

Stay away from notorious gas causing foods like cabbage & beans.
Take something like"beano"..
Change your diet...
Interestingly enough...
Women fart more than Men...

None that I know of. In fact modern diets based on high fibre only encourage it. In actual fact it sometimes gives me the greatest of pleasure.

My boyrfriend asks this same question? I guess it's diet, but youhave to do alot of experiementing to know exactly what foods will cause a reaction.

1 Chew your food and slowly
2 Do not drink while you are eating
3 lose weight
4 Exercise more
5 Avoid certain foods.

If it persists, connect yourself to the national gas pipes and be of use to someone.
