i am trying to get my kids vaccinated with hep a and thypoid before we go to india as last time my son came back to u.s with 106 fever. is that ok to have them vaccinate there on the first day or should i do before i leave. these vaccines are pretty costly here just wondering how much it is ove there

there are many symptoms, if you experience only ONE, is it still TIA? I experienced a very short period of confusion and inability to understand language. No numbness, no dizziness, nothing else, and I had been under extreme emotional distress for 2 days. Should I be slightly concerned or pretty concerned?

My boss is 23 today... on Monday, he went to the ER because he kicked a board... and the right side of his body became numb... he also lost his speach. Later that evening he got released... they told him that he had dehydration... Today, I got a call from his dad saying that he was going to the ER again. I asked why... he said that the same thing was happening, just on the opposite side. I am not too sure, but it sounds like a series of strokes to me... I have never heard of severe dehydration doing that to someone... and I have been to the hospital for dehydration myself.

I guess my question is what are the symptoms of a stroke... and is it possible for dehydration no matter how sever it is to do this to a person?

Soon i will be going to south africa and i have been told i will soon have to start taking malaria pills to prevent getting malaria. Ive heard though that there are some side effects and wanted to know what they are eg, making you sick. If this is the case is it just at the start of you taking the pills or through the whole treatment? I will have to be away for a month so it would suck to be sick that long. Ive also heard some types give you nightmares. I wouldnt mind that so what are those called.

it started with my lower back now the pain is in my left leg from the hip on down to my feet it feels numb and painful to walk when i stand from siting it really is painful and numb i have had all test done for my heart i'am presently takeing high blood pressure pill's have been on them for a very long time i also have a irregular heart beat can this be my heart? or poor cirulation problem/

there are times that my urine has blood, and everytime i pee my lower stomach is very painful even while having pee or after pee. i'm easily get tired and hard to breathe or breathless. i have also the lower backpain. the color of my urine is yellowish and most of the times it's cloudy.

When you ask for a pack of Marlboro in any store, 99 times out of 100, the reply is what kind? Any one who smokes knows that Marlboro is Marlboro. The store clerk asks you - menthol, 100's, lights or ultra-lights.

I did not ask for 100's, nor menthol, nor lights, nor ultra-lights.

All I asked for is Marlboro. Reds? Every Marlboro is red. Why ask?

I think it is very important for doctors to do more for migraine suffers. When a migraine hits you , you have to have someone drive you to the doctor, then wait and wait to be seen. This is just prolonging the migraine and making it worse, because you are out in the light, noise and trying not to vomit in the middle of the floor in front of everyone. Please I beg you there has to be help out there for us!!!!
