If the person that you are receiving the sperm from has aids or is HIV positive then yes you can. If you have a sore in your mouth or a severe dental condition (gingivitis etc.) then the risk of you getting aids is higher. Swallowing semen from a partner with aids also puts you at risk. There are many other diseases that can be transferred from oral sex, such as herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea, genital warts, intestinal parasites, and hepatitis A. If you aren't monogamous you should use condoms with all sexual encounters, and if you are monogamous go get tested with your partner before engaging in sexual activity without condoms.

Yes you can. Just because its soda doesnt mean it will disolve anything, if that was the case then POP could cure aids.. Get what im saying. Not trying to be rude, but honestly YES you could catch something. Depending on how much POP was actually in the bottle heightens or lessens your chances,.. So if there was ALOT of pop. less chances you got a lot of sperm. Less pop More sperm? get it.. SOrry that REALLy sucks. =[ Good luck Get tested if ur freakin out.

Yes - you can get HIV (AIDS is NOT what you get) from oral sex.
Oral sex is considered less risky for several reasons. First, the mucus membrane lining the mouth is much tougher, thicker, and more resilient than the anal canal, so it is more difficult for HIV to break through. Also, it is easier to remove infectious fluids from the mouth than from the anal canal. To remove precome or semen from the mouth after oral sex, a person can spit out the semen precome and gargle with water, mouthwash, hydrogen peroxide, or alcohol. (We recommend spitting and/or gargling instead of swallowing, just in case the semen, precome, or penile fluids contain blood or other agents such as gonorrhea or chlamydia which can infect the throat.) Finally, recent reports in the scientific literature say that saliva in the mouth contains enzymes which can help neutralize the virus.
Also, just a quick note.... you might want to post a question as to the difference between AIDS and HIV.... AIDS is developed after an HIV infection causes your CD4 or T Cells (White blood cell count) goes below 200 copies per mll of blood.
Everyone that has HIV does not have AIDS.

Even if you don't swallow it, it's still possible. The chances of getting aids from swallowing semen/sperm aren't as high as it would be if you got someone's blood in you.

I would think that if your partner had aids then yes you would get aids by swallowing semen. Sorry, consult your physician about this or your local health dept.

According to FDA stats, the possibility is 1 in 10,000 or 0.01% or ~0%. The chance is much less than the chance a person may die of stress, smoking or over eating. It may be a late answer to your question dear. You'll probably be reading my answer from the heaven if you fell into the unlucky 0.01'th percentile. If not, you can keep enjoying the *******.
