You might be coming down with a cold - drink lots of fluids.

You are fatigued and possibly in the beginning stages of a cold, flu or 24hr bug. Drink lots of fluids, take your multivitamins, make sure you are eating right (whole foods, not processed foods) and get some sleep. And don't forget to take a walk. It is the best exercise for you. If it does develop into sickness, then see your doctor. It could also mean that you are or are about to menstrate.
