To control my sugar level which is better tablet and when I need to take?

my parents were diabetic my readings on my mothers glucotrend meter are 4.6 (83)on fasting 4.9 (88)before a meal 8.8 (158) two hours after and 9.6 (173) going to bed. i suffer awful headaches and sweat terrible especially at night im thirsty itch a lot do i need to be tested by a doctor is it possible i could have a problem

I know that fever - as a defence mechanism - is a natural reaction of body in order to weaken microorganisms through high temperature, so it seems useful. But why physicians try to decrease fever level? Isn't it against the nature?

If you felt like your husband/wife cheated on you and you wanted them to go and get checked out to see if you have any std's would you do it to prove you have nothing? I know that does not clear that you didn't cheat if you have nothing but if they said to you that if you don't go and get tested i will not have sex with you anymore then would you?

I feel like i have been cheated on. I have a gut feeling that i have been done that way and i dont know what to do.

I have a constant drop of water from one of my nostrils
I have no other symptoms (i don't sneeze/nose is unblocked).
I only have a hint of fever, and feel extremely tired (the drops never stop!)
I have been using sprays and pills (doctor prescription) for over 15 days with no resolution.
How can i solve this? What is causing this?

Three times, I've had episodes where my CPK enzyme levels have spiked (1400 the first time, 1100 the second. No test on the third).
This is associated with a rash on my upper torso and lower face. (looks like small surface hemmoraging. There's no inflammation around the initial points, and no itching)

These episodes have happened at different times of the year, while I was on different diets, and there was no pesticide spraying within 2 blocks of my residence (by a professional lawn care company or municipality)

My doctor has eliminated a whole bunch of posabilities, but we haven't been able to come up with anything that matches. Any new avenues of research would be greatly appreciated.

a family member just found out they have cancer. they don't want to have surgery or radiation treatment of any kind. i wondered if they will die in a lot of pain if they get no treatment at all. they really are going to refuse treatment.
