Well your fasting sugar isn't too bad, but post-parandial (2 hours after the meal) is pretty high. Diabetes is highly genetic, so I don't think its a bad idea to speak to your doctor or see an endocrinologist about it. You can start now by eating less "bad" carbs and sugars and more protein and "good" carbs.

Because diabetes can cause serious complications, it's important to be on the lookout for signs that you may have diabetes. The symptoms of type 1 diabetes may include:
Increased thirst.
Increased hunger (especially after eating).
Dry mouth.
Frequent urination.
Unexplained weight loss (even though you are eating and feel hungry).
Fatigue (weak, tired feeling.
Blurred vision.
Headaches.
Loss of consciousness (rare).
Type 2 diabetes is usually not diagnosed until complications have occurred. Most often, there are no symptoms or a very gradual development of the above symptoms. In fact, about a third of all people who have type 2 diabetes don't know they have it. When hyperglycemia occurs, the symptoms can be the same as those listed above.
Other symptoms of type 2 diabetes may include:
Slow-healing sores or cuts.
Itching of the skin (usually around the vaginal or groin area).
Frequent yeast infections.
Recent weight gain.
Velvety dark skin changes of the neck, armpit and groin, called acanthosis nigricans.
Numbness and tingling of the hands and feet.
Decreased vision.
Impotency.
If you have any of these symptoms, contact your health care provider right away so you can get tested or screened. Even people with pre-diabetes can have the increased risk from heart disease seen in people with diabetes.

Diabetes does run in families and although your readings are ok the later one is quite high. You should visit a doctor straight away and mention that your parents are both diabetics and you should be tested. The diagnosis though is difficult, for a year i had the syptoms but the doc kept testing me and telling me I was ok but after itching down below my diagnosis was discovered in a VD clinic. Thank goodness it was just a yeast infection. I remember the headaches though before I was diagnosed and they were intense along with the thirst which was made worse by drinking sugary drinks. Eat healthly which Im sure your parents will be able to advise but it may take a while before your diagnosis as sometimes the pancreas takes a while before it totally stops working. The doc will advise

You actually have impaired glucose tolerance. With the family history, i'm assuming your parents have type 2 diabetes, and therefore your best chance to lower your risk of going on to develop frank diabetes is to keep your weight down and exercise levels up.

Your blood sugar levels seem pretty normal. If you were diabetic and had not been diagnosed you would usually have a constantly high blood sugar, which would explain the thirst and itching. You usually only sweat heavily when blood sugar is low.
Get it checked out.

The exact same thing happend to me. You may be getting pre-diabetes, but realy it jsut means you have it but not very badly. Go to your doctor and tell him this. He may put you on pills or other sources of insulin. You never know what your outcome may be.

I don't know, your readings are pretty borderline. I'd see a doctor just in case-- especially since your parents are diabetic, and your symptoms are developing.
Good luck.
