ima freshman in high school, andi have been workin out for the past 5 months on and off but for 3 months strait. i run, i just started playing baseball, and im just and althletic person. but i mean, why dont i have a six pack? im active, i do 100+ crunches a night, but i dont even begin to see any true definitin in my abs. is a six pack generic? im also a vegarian if that has anything to do with it but i drink a protein shake b4 bed. its agggrivating, i am 10% body fat, should i be any lower, would i see results if i lowered my fat percentage?
