It's 2 ballish things inside. There was one before but recently there is another one right by the first 1 in the ear lobe.

Its about the side of a bb gun bullet.

Should i take this seriously....is this like tumor or cancer or something like that?

I know this sounds weird, but you can get pimples on your ear. I have had them and they feel like small balls. If they do not go away after a week, talk to your doctor. I seriously doubt it is a tumor or cancer.

Could be a cyst, could be a zit.
Yes, you get zits in your earlobes as well as all over your body.
If it hurts when you squeeze it it's a zit, if it doesn't hurt when you squeeze it it's a cyst.
Cysts and zits often go away on their own after a period of time. The time to panic or get real concerned is when the blob keeps growing - if it grows bigger than a marble go to the doctor to remove it - it's a tumor.
"Lancing it", that is, poking a very sterilized needle into it will drain the fuid and reduce its size, but only after you are sure it is not a tumor.

Nope. Nothing serious. They're quite common actually:

If there's no dark discoloration of the area, then it's probably not harmful even if it turns out to be a tumor (a benign tumor).

assuming your ears are not pierced, it's probably a clogged pore. It may become sore, and you could squeeze sebum and pus out of it if you squoze hard enough, but I wouldn't. It should go away or pop itself. You probably created another one because you were touching and pinching at the first one.

They're probably just hard zits, leave them a day and then try to pop them, it'll probably hurt a little bit but it's a lot of fun.

Someone will have to actually look at it to figure out what it is. Go see a dermatologist.
