This past month has been very stressful. I have had a lot of stuff on me lately; running our schools homecoming, help my parents run the family business, my senior project (which I must pass to graduate and is very time consuming,) college applications and worrying about whether or not I will be accepted and the normal girl drama.

This is very stressful life for a young lady. And of course, my period is late. It has been almost two weeks late and I know of course that I am not pregnant. But is it because I am so stressed out? I have the worst lower back pain and I thought I was going to start soon, but it has not.

What do I do?

Stress, illness & medication can affect your hormones, thus affecting your cycle. Try to get some down time & do something to relax, whatever that is for you... :)
