I have braces. My teeth aren't yellow, but they're not white. I want them to be whiter though.

Do you know any ways / products to get them whiter w/o harming my braces?

I dont need contacts but I was wondering if you can buy over the counter type color contacts. I remember a few years ago seeing something about Acuvue (sp??) color contacts but cannot find them anywhere. If so has anyone ever used them and did they work on dark brown eyes? I am going to a late Halloween party tonight and it would go great with what Im wearing. Nothing crazy just normal colors like blue green and possibly purple?? Do they come with all those colors? And where can I find something like this if available? If you can answer any of this it will be appreciated... Thanks

someone told me that if i commit suicide, that it is a sin and i won't go to heaven. that can't be true, my suicide desires are caused by mental illness. illness is not a sin, if it was, then anybody that dies of an illness would be a sinner and not go to heaven, so therefore, when i die, i can go to heaven

I have a bad cold. No fever or anything just a hella bad clogged nose. Its killing me though. I been taking medicine since yesterday. Anyone have adivice on how to make a clogged nose better besides medicine. Thanks for your time. I will also answer your question, have a nice day. Peace!

Hi,
Im a 17yr old female and apparently have a metabolism of 1980 calories per day. I'm an A-level student so don't really have much time for exercise, except for the occasional 30min dog walk once or twice a week, and an 8 hour shift in a cafe one day per week.
Does this mean if I eat less calories than this per day, I will generally lose weight, and how quickly will this happen?

Is Humidifier same thing as CPAP for sleep apena patients? can I buy humidifier to see if sleep apena symptom will go away? or can i use an air pumper for cpap purposes? is air pumper stupid idea to replace CPAP? is it harmful?

I went to bed at 11:00 P.M. last night and got out of bed at 7:30 very normal for me except I was so tired that after being awake for 2 hours I had to go back to bed and sleep some more. I went back to bed and sleept for 2 more hours but then I was still very tired. I tried to stay away but again after another hour and half I had to go back to bed, and I slept some more!!! Now it is 2:15 P.M. and I feel great! But I am afraid that I won't sleep tonight. I wonder why I was so tired today?

Im 17 going to be 18 in april and im so scared to go to a obyn. Iv been having nightmares that past few nights about it and i think im more worried about being embarrassed with family knowing than actually going. At 18 is their any way i can go without my parents knowing or having to pay for it? My mom is more like perverted to make jokes and comments about going and she'll do it infront of people like my grandfather and stuff that really embarasses me and with my dad thats just really embarrassing. Here is my situation. I am a 23 year old male and I normally do not get my flu shot. As a paramedic, it is recommended, but they cannot force us, and I have chosen not to in the past. I am often harrassed and looked down on by my co-workers who think I am being selfish by not getting one since I work so closely with older sick people who could die from it. However, I counter with the fact that the flu shot is not exactly protection against the flu, and the two years I did get it I ended up getting the flu twice as bad as normal.

However, this year is a bit different... my mother is going through chemotherapy for breast cancer. I will be going to see her for Christmas and she will be on her last chemo treatment by then. She and my father got a flu shot but she wants me to get one also. I really, really am leaning towards no since I am only going to be there for 4 days

Am I being unethical? Is it wrong to feel upset at being forced to do this? I feel it should be a personal choice

For the last three months, my period lasts only 2 days as opposed to the 4 days I have been accustomed to for the last ten years. What do you suppose could be the reason for this?
I have had very little stress in my life & the only thing I can think of is my weight loss of 15 lbs several months ago (but the change in my period occurred two cycles after my weight loss was complete).

Any ideas? Thank you.

my school has a swimming unit and now that i have been swimming for a week i have a rash all over my body. it's really bad on my stomach, sides of stomach, and my legs. i have some itchy spots on my arms as well. i'm not sure if the pool has bromine or chlorine in it, but whatever it is, it's giving me red dots that itch like crazy. also, the school is freaking out over the MRSA staph disease so they might have gone over-board with the chemicals. i've never had this kind of reaction to pools before, but i did use to have eczema on the back of my legs.
