I had some teeth extracted 3 days ago- one of the stitches came out....will my gums be okay?

Usually they all come out in 7 days. Some do come out earlier. Just keep that region clean until you go back to get the rest of the stitches checked.

Yes. They will come out when there is no need for them. However, it the wounded area does not seem to be healing or is causing you extra pain, go back to the dentist.
