It's ok I'm sure your Dentist put in a dissolvable stitch. If your having pain then call the office make sure to rinse after every meal and dont use any straws.

You'll be fine. I've have quite a bit of dental work. I've always lost stitches in the first couple of days. Just ignore it.

Don't suck . Rinse you'r mouth every so often
Don't freakout. They are supposed to come out.
That is if you don't have extreme pain. If you do ask dentist

you will be fine just leave them be. Don't mess with the stiches that are left I know it's hard but just leave them be until you go to the dentist and he/she will take care of the rest.
